How it works : |
 |
| The federation divides itself into 2 branches, eurelia Spain/ Portugal and eurelia Europe; both federations offer the same services and function as follows: : |
| Meetings : 6 meetings a year in Barcelona and 6 meetings a year in Paris (according to the branch) so that the Development Director have a presentation of our analyses and so that they can discuss on turnovers, economic trends, target cities, etc. |
| 2 offices (1 in Paris and 1 in Barcelona) and a team totally dedicated to the members’ demands and needs. |
An expert service open to non members : |
 |
The Federation acts as an independent advisor on European retail development issues for: investors, developers, city planners, non-member retailers …
It offers a solid 15 years’ analysis of retail evolutions occurred on European markets.
Expert service to include: Calculation of potential turnovers for a new store opening, Feasibility study and programming for a new shopping centre, revitalisation plan for a street with declining trade...
